We use PayPal exclusively for Credit Card purchases here at Tool-Xpress.com. PayPal has the highest level of encryption commercially available, so you can feel safe shopping here at Tool-Xpress.com. PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud.

Warranty

Tool-Xpress.com will directly warranty most products found defective due to workmanship of product within the first 90 days. After 90 days, any defective product must be addressed with the manufacturer. Please call or email customer service for specific details.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions only apply to the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Policy

Tool-Xpress.com exclusively ships to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. Any orders placed to an address that is not available, we reserve the right to cancel your order and process and full refund.

When will my product be shipped?

In-stock orders will ship 1-3 business days depending on location. Non-stock, and special orders may take longer. Please contact us for details on shipping times.

When will I receive my product?

Most in-stock products are received within 5-7 business days, depending on location. Non-stock and special orders can take 1-2 weeks or longer to be received. If faster shipping is requested, please contact shop for special shipping requests and estimated ship dates. As shipping is based on 3rd party, returns due to shipping delays will be subject to our normal returns policy.

Returns Policy

All orders:

  • Please E-mail or call our Customer Service Center at 732-322-4562 to initiate or inquire about a return.  Tool-Xpress.com will not issue credit without a Return Authorization number (RA) issued in advance of the return.
    • RA number must be written on outside of carton
    • Do not write or mark on the product or packaging itself
    • Upon receipt of returned items, they will be inspected. Returned products must be in new resalable conditions, with all original packaging as it was shipped to you. If not, refund may not be issued.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return products.
  • If the product was damaged in transit, REFUSE IT and calls us immediately. If product was not refused, a refund may not be given.
  • Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the there was an error on our part.
  • Any items not returned in new, unused condition, will not be subject to refund
  • A 15% charge will be deducted for all products originally shipped free of charge.

In-stock orders: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item within 30 days and we will issue you a refund less shipping charges. If a product is returned after 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Non-stock and special order items: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your unused item within 30 days and we will issue you a refund less shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. If a product is returned after 30 days a 40% restocking fee will be charged.

Diagnostic Equipment, Software and Electronic Items: Due to their sensitive nature, Electronic items and Diagnostic equipment will be tested cannot be returned. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We suggest that you use a shipping service that provides tracking. We are not responsible for
returns that do not arrive back.
